I eat here often. For convenience, I order on their app. They always prepare my food exactly the way I like it and I love their easy no-contact pick up. They prepare and package my order, and put it on the shelf. I just walk in, pick it up, and leave. Vegetarian options: They can do either an all veggie, rice and bean option or Sofritas, a non meat topping. A few months ago they offered a limited time non-meat chorizo that was also tasty. Parking: They have their own lot in front of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the parking lot.
The worst chipotle in the Cincinnati area... They always out of something...chips, any vegetables... The customer service is horrible. I did an online order and they closed as soon as I walked up. No body came to the door for about 10 mins until another customer banged on the door. I took a picture and everyone hid... They need a new staff and need to go train at Chic Fila before they re open... I rather drive 15 extra mins to a further Chipotle just to enjoy a better experience
I can’t take it anymore. Where do I begin?! The place is inconsistent. You can’t predict if it will be open, when it will be open, whether they’ll have all the food items, what method of payment they will accept, whether online orders will be accepted, and the list goes on. You order online, when you arrive, they’re closed - after you already paid. You bring your credit card to pay in person just in case they’re closed - they only take cash. You bring cash - it’s mobile orders only when you arrive. You order online, when you arrive - the meal is ready 30 minutes past the promised time. You arrive 30 minutes past your promised time - they say they aren’t making the food until the customer arrives, so you have to wait even further after dozens of orders now ahead of you! Everything is arbitrary and unreliable - every time, for the last several years. Yet, people, knowing it’s going to be problematic, continue to try and patron the restaurant, receiving increasingly crazier ways of being inconvenienced by this specific location. Some customers are new and don’t know the deal - I feel for them. Surely it will be a bad experience. I would never come back, but I always give it a whirl when I’m in the mood for chipotle. Sometimes, by the Grace of God, I’ll be able to get exactly what I ordered in the manner I ordered it. Other times, I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location. But, I guess we have been spoiled by the quick, easy, and flavorful service we may have come to expect from chipotle, and perhaps should lower our expectations. Let me be clear on one thing: I don’t blame the kids working there for a sixpence, who have to be greeted with irritation and anger, no doubt, because customers have been dealing with nonsense for years. I barely blame management, who have been given an impossible task: find great workers with great service, who, in the midst of this impossible situation, still can find a way to be abused by customers who are frustrated, and keep a smile as they work. But, something has to give at chipotle corporate. Pay better wages? Find a better system for the management to communicate with customers, so the experience doesn’t have to be so horrible? This location will leave a bad mark on the whole franchise, which may already be struggling behind the scenes to keep up appearances of being a fair corporation who treats its employees with respect and dignity. Anyways, patron this location at your own risk, but be mindful that everyone is frustrated here- even the workers. Try to be kind to them, and send a pepper chat to corporate for their inability to wrangle their restaurants into a well-oiled machine. Lower your expectations for what should be happening at this national chain, and for the love, don’t fix your appetite on chipotle if you don’t have time to find another location!
Couldn't order a quesodilla on the line. So had to order online and waited in an empty restaurant. Then even after giving them real time in person instructions the still managed to F-UP my order! Place is dingy and dirty. With employees eating on the line to boot!
Tried go in to grab a late dinner after running late errands after work and they were doing online orders only apparently. Can never tell what you're gonna get with this place. Decided to just go elsewhere. If a company or their employees can't be bothered to serve paying customers that walk through the door, how can you expect people to want to buy your food in the future. Do better.
Drove 45 minutes to this location so that my food would still be hot when I got to my destination close by. I arrived at 6:48pm and the employees were walking out and locking the doors stating they were closed because "they didn't have any staff." 0/5 stars if possible. This restaurant is supposed to be open until 10pm and they closed over 3 hours early and didn't even bother to put a sign on the door explaining why they were closed. Must be nice to work at a place that you can simply just close when low staffed.
Placed an online order for pickup. Got there to find the store closed and about a dozen customers were also trying to get their order. No refund given. I was robbed. Somebody was negligent in their duties and forgot to turn off online ordering. I am Incredibly upset that my money was stolen and I wasted my time. I will be addressing this with the district manager. My order still shows at pending and has been deducted from my bank account. By reading other reviews it looks like I am not the only one that has had this problem.
**WORST CHIPOTLE IN CINCINNATI** Every time I have gone to this Chipotle, which has maybe been twice in the past couple months. It’s a disaster. It’a always a disaster. The employees are rude. The dining room is always dirty. There’s barely anything ever stocked. They don’t prep enough so they tell you there out of things. I placed an online order, paid for it, then arrived to a sign on the door that says “we can’t fulfill online orders.” This was tonight & I will not be back. I will drive out of my way to get Chipotle because I enjoy your food. Someone needs to audit this store and get some management that knows what there doing. I have been to restaurants where they are understaffed and maybe they don’t have certain things but they never close early and they aren’t rude about it. It’s a shame.
Just to be clear, the only reason I'm giving this place one star is just so I can write about them. They would get ZERO stars from me. I thought my credit card wasn't working because every time I tried to place my app order here, my card was charged and then immediately refunded. I used my debit card online wondering if the app was the problem and it finally went through. I went to the store, and the worker there standing at the door told me I couldn't come in. I told her I was picking up an online order and then she repeated herself and closed the door. I don't care if she wasn't the manager, she could've had the decency and common sense to tell me why I couldn't pick up the order I had PAID for. That was pure, unadulterated, craziness and ignorance. This location needs to either close or seriously upgrade their personnel. I'm contacting corporate Chipotle next. The customer service link is toward the end of your order's confirmation email, just in case anyone else who is frustrated with this Chipotle would like to do the same.
I used to order Chipotle all the time, and after a longe lapse decided to try again. Wow, this place is a mess. Placed an order at 5:30 for 7:10 pickup. Arrived and was told if my order wasn't on this table it wasn't going to get made. When I asked why I was told the order system was down and no one could find the manager to fix it. Asked if they could make my order while I was there and was told they were out of everything and were closing. This was at 710p. Their hours are supposed to be until 1030p. Then the woman I spoke to threw her hands up in exasperation and said I'm clocking and am out of here. I can't blame her either. From the reviews, this isn't an isolated incident either. Oh, and they couldn't issue me a refund. I had to call to get a refund. Well, I'd tried reaching someone earlier about an error with the app and had spent over 20 mins tied up in menus between the store phone line and the online chat bot. Fortunately I'd finally found an 800 customer service number. I called that number which seemed to route me to India and I finally got a refund that way. What's happened to you Chipotle?
