I had a massive appetite since I just left hospital lab nearby after fasting for a day. I wanted the 4-piece meal but all dark meat. Cashier woman says multiple times that she is entering it differently FOR ME, as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of precisely the 4-piece meal but only dark, she had me order 2 sides which i didn't want. Price was $15.50 instead of $8. After I sat down I saw a poster on the wall for double-dark meat meal for $6, so for $12 she could have given me the same exact pieces of chicken, 2 taters and gravy, 2 biscuits, 2 sodas-- considerably more than what she gave me for $15.
First time to this location and surely our last. Ordered the $30 Fill Up and was rather depressed to see the food we received, after we got home. The bucket of chicken, 8 piece, was over cooked and you couldn't distinguish whether it was original or extra crispy. Not to mention the amount of oil they had absorbed. The tenders were not much better. Tasted as if someone had added extra salt. The sides were sad. They put them in the KFC Famous bowls. Two scoops of mashed potatoes in each container, mac n cheese was done the same ordered a large as an additional side, not part of the fillup... no substitutes, biscuits weren't fresh and were hard as a rock. If you want chicken, go to Popeyes. Or, go across to Martins. They sell $5 small buckets of flavored wings, fried chicken, and other cooked chicken for your family.
My wife and I traveled to the area for a wedding. So we thought... let's get some KFC. What a mistake...the chicken was sooo old and cold. I use to manage a KFC, I have never had chicken that was this bad. My wife and I trashed the entire 30 dollar bucket. I won't be visiting a KFC again....needless to say.
Take away, Had me wait 15 minutes for fresh biscuits, and then didn't put them in the bag, along with forgetting my cinnamon biscuits. The rest of the food must have been prepared at the time of placing order, cause it was certainly not fresh by the time we got back to the hotel in the same parking lot of course we were hungry, so we tried to enjoy it best we could, they did acknowledge what happened and when we went back gladly provided my family with the items ordered
It’s KFC. It’s sketchy but it’ll get the job done if you’re hungry. Food can tend to be hit or miss. It’s been great before and it’s also missed very heavily before. If you’re not willing to take the risk I don’t recommend it.Recommended dishesFried Chicken
This KFC has been there a long time and has sentimental value to me so maybe I'm bias lol.. but I called ahead and they had it ready when I got there. The food is awesome when properly made and reasonably priced!
Food is good but wait times can be extremely long seems to be understaffed. Other then that no issues.Food: 5/5
All I gotta say is that the restaurant has low standards. The food is either undercooked or overcooked, sometimes, they run out of certain food like Mac N Cheese and specific pieces of chicken. The building itself is like 20 years out of place and the wait can take forever. The only good thing about this particular KFC is the sitting statue of Colonel Sanders on a bench just like the Ronald McDonald statue I used to see at McDonald's when I was a kid. But please, I love KFC but this particular one has got to be the worst
I wasn't expecting much. It was filthy, the floors and all surfaces were covered in grime, bathrooms don't get cleaned. The ceiling was leaking from the AC running too hard. The tables were not clean. I would fully expect to leave here with food poisoning.
My chicken and coleslaw was dry I ended up throwing alot of it away. The potpie was Mainly crust. It had very little inside of itFood: 1/5
