Kohl's has some decent clothing but their sales model of constant "sale" items is annoying. I was in today and picked up two shirts that are pretty nice and fun very well. I grabbed 2 because there was a sign that said "Buy One - Get One Half Off" only to find out at the register that this was not true. It's very annoying to be basically lied to. The checker didn't apologize or offer any explanation beyond "you must have read it wrong". I went back and took the sign to her so others wouldn't be duped like I was. This is like the third or fourth time this same type thing has happened when I've shopped here. Just be careful with your expectations when you shop here.

My boy friend ( who looks Latino)and I returned Christmas gifts yesterday. My return went fine and I told my bf, I'll be in shoes while he returns his. The associate who helped him asked if he returns alot. WHAT? We've never been to that store. She also told him, "you are flagged by corporate". Again WHAT? he had to find me to return his stuff!! I found a manager and reported the associates obvious discrimination. And found out, there is no way for them to see who is " flagged by corporate".This has been the most blatant act of DISCRIMINATION I have been witnessed personally to in a while.  I never hope someone gets fired over mistakes, but in this case, she should be.

Have had some really amazing service here. "Regular" prices too high, but sale prices great. But KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS-if you try to return something WITHOUT a receipt, they will only refund the marked-down price, NOT what you paid for it.

I come to Khols to buy stuff. I am regular customer. I buy 1 or 2 days a week. But today was disappointed because customer service don't care about you.  We stood in line 10minutes just for one customer problem. The clerk didn't care their were 4 people in line. The clerk stands there she didn't call for back up to help us. She should've call for other assistant clerk but she didn't. That how I was treated bad. Never come here again.

Best out of the 2 Kohls in Vancouver, they always seem to have something that fits, another plus is I usually recognise the people who work there, so not a high turn over rate.
