Nice clean store. Customer service is always great. Dressing rooms are decent. I love browsing their clearance section. Having their charge card is great but a horrible idea for a shopaholic... APR on cards cancels any sale price or coupon since its over 20%. Most clothing is cute and trendy but usually thin and easy to wear out.

Looked for a Columbia jacket in the middle of the rainy season as a Christmas gift. There were three total jackets on the floor for women (two models). We were pointed to another store or to look online. Were also told that "it's how department stores work, we are already bringing bathing suits in for the summer". Not surprised that these department stores are closing left and right. Asked the employees on the way out if they had shot this concern up the chain and they said they weren't in charge of this. No initiative from employees or management. Giving two stars because of the promp service (they obviously weren't ordering more jackets).

Easy to make my card payment at customer service. Then some shopping and trying clothes on was a calm and pleasurable experience. The associates are very helpful and always friendly!

I was HUGELY disappointed in Kohl's today. I purchased a pair of slippers for men, regularly $39.99, for $19.99. I had to return them because the XL wasn't large enough for the gift's recipient, and there were no larger slippers available. When I went to return the item, I was told I could get a .33 cent credit, because I had used $10 Kohl's cash that day, and I had earned $10 Kohl's cash that day, but of course it had all been part of a large purchase. In any rate, they refused to offer me an exchange for something else, and of course that's a terrible way to abuse a "Kohl's cash". Obviously, spending $20 did not earn me $10 for that single purchase. Not only that, but when I told the manager, he told me he would just give me a "No receipt" credit for the entire amount, took me back to the register, and then just offered $6 to me. That was 1/2 hour of my lunch hour ruined by their lousy service. I have spent thousands at that store to get treated so poorly. Never again will I make a purchase at any Kohl's store. It's a terrible company, and a terrible store branch.

I went in to Kohls to pick up a dress I had ordered online. I want to say it's very convenient and affordable to have the ship to store option as Kohls does. The staff was friendly and the store was nice and clean. I went in showed my i.d. at customer service to pick up the product and was out of there with in ten minutes. Great place and will probably go there again.
