I was looking for a very particular vehicle and it just so happened that these guys had it. I can't speak for everyone at the dealership, but Tyler was the gentleman who helped me through the process. We spoke for about a week before I was able to make it in - I live two hours away. He gave me the price I wanted and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated the honesty and was taken aback by how smooth everything went. After talking to other dealerships beforehand and making visits, I've gotta hand it to Koons and especially Tyler...customer support is their number one priority. This was especially true after I reached out the following day (after my purchase) to address a discrepancy in my name and address. Within minutes they addressed it. All in all, I'm very impressed. Thank you!

I knew what I wanted and Jesse Neal delivered. I gave him year, make, and model and he found it for me. He took care of everything through the phone while I wrapped up a claim on my totaled car and made the entire process easy.

Great care and warrantee options for the used cars too so I didn't have to stress. Finance was quick and efficient, and Cliff was also friendly and made me feel right at home while Jesse was running my paperwork around.

Great place to buy a car!

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Bob Erwin last week.  Bob had sold my wife and me a Sienna several years ago.  Because we had such a pleasant experience with him, I decided to contact him for the purchase of a new car.  Just as before he was easy to work with.  He listened to all my wishes and matched me up with a new Highlander of my choice. He expedited my purchase and sent me home with my car within a few hours.  It was good to work with someone who had proven to be someone reliable.  He followed up with me two days later and offered to answer questions I had on my new vehicle.  I would highly recommend Bob Erwin as a salesman who is patient and helpful and knows Toyotas.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our new car. We asked for the model and year we wanted, and Eugene immediately came up with just the car we wanted for a great price. Everything was done very efficiently, from finding the car and taking it out for a test drive, to getting financing and registration done. We were out the door on a new car within a couple of hours. Thank you, Eugene and Vitaly!

Jesse Neal was FANTASTIC.  After many emails back and forth, he worked hard at finding us the car we really wanted and for the price we wanted too!  Regina in Finance was Awesome!
