Salesman talked down to me through out our conversation. Extremely sexist. No longer consider themselves a family owned business. Manager acknowledged that they care about numbers and that’s it. Bought my first car from them a while back. BUT NEVER AGAIN. Highly disappointed.

Update: I noticed that for each review where the consumer is unsatisfied with this dealership, they responded and somehow managed to state that the consumer is lying. They are doing the same to me in their reply to my review. Here is the fun part, my car was not purchased under this name. It is interesting that they have no record of me visiting the dealership on 2/19/18  yet they were able to call me. Well, at least they are trying their best to maintain the horrendous customer service. Good job Renn Kirby!

Very bad experience with the financial guy, he try to give the higher interest and try to make you see the is the best, then he came with another "offer" one point less. Then he start to put pressure on me and he said you want it or not and make me like disappointed faces.
I will not recommend at all this dealer they don't work for you to get the best deal, they try to get the you true the company's the they work and get more from you!!
Very very bad.

Tommy Moberly (Sales Associate) was very good at explaining every part of the process and what my options were based on my situation. I traded in my car but had negative equity. He was able to help me find a brand new 2018 Mitsubishi to absorb the negative equity on the car I traded in. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with patience and understanding. Then I met with Chris Mongold (Finance Manager) and he did the same thing with explaining everything clearly and with patience. I had a lot of questions and really needed the level of care I received from both representatives. I saw that this dealership and the staff had great reviews. I am glad that I can add on to that based on my positive experience.

Don't waste your time with this place. Yet another dealer that charges a $1,000 reconditioning "fee'" So that they can bait people into the door with low prices and then just hope you either don't see it or don't have the energy to push back. I'm sorry, isn't reconditioning your used vehicles part of doing business and built into your gross margins? You're telling me that a 3 year old car with less than fifteen thousand miles needs $1,000 worth of work? The $300 processing fee on top of the price you've set for the car isn't enough? AVOID.

The salesperson Brendon and the financial official Chris were both very polite, professional and easy to work with. Brendon made sure to take his own time to do extra research and work for me to get me the deal and car I wanted. Selection of vehicles was wide and great for both new and used. I did find that the information I found online was not 100% accurate as when I went and saw the vehicles. That wasn't a significant issue however it may deter others from visiting the dealership. Overall I would suggest to people they buy a car from here
