I just want to take this time to give a Big Thank you to Jackie A Coco Sr. He was Top Notch and essential to me being placed in a vehicle I like. I give Heritage Hyundai 5 stars they have World Class customer service and fought hard for me to get a deal. Congrats to the great Men and Women who work there. I am a satisfied customer. I worked with the team at Heritage Hyundai Towson last night, 1/31/18, and I had a great experience. I started with working with Dominick and he was a real joy to have met as my first encounter (after being greeted by a cool cat named Andre!). I was there convinced that I wanted to get a totally different vehicle. Dominick showed great patience with taking me out in the vehicle that I ended up purchasing and showing me all the great features without being too pushy or aggressive. 

I arrived at the branch late, not expecting to get a car. Dominick stayed with me the entire time of my transaction, even after his portion of the process was complete. 

Rob, one of the stores managers was also accommodating. When there was  a hitch with the process, Rob worked with me to get me an even better deal that I couldn't refuse. I tried! But it was too good to pass up. Rob didn't pressure me, but made sure that I made the best educated choice and I left feeling like I really did. 

Lastly, I finished up with Pablo, who had all my paperwork in order, was fast and thorough after this long purchasing process. By the end of the evening, we all had red eyes and were weary, but we worked it out to me great deal and I would highly recommend working with this team. This is my 3rd Hyundai!I will be returning.

Deanna Parks was so helpful during this process.  She patiently listened while I told her all of the issues going on with my car and offered me great advice. Service was great!  I will definitely request to work with her every time I need to schedule an appointment.

Wish I could give 0 stars. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION TO THE OWNER. I have never gotten a call as an update on my vehicle .I dropped it off at 830AM and I had to call them at 1PM to know what was going on. They then told me what was wrong with the car. Pretty sure they knew before 1 PM. They also offer a shuttle service but said I lived more than 7 miles away. My house is 5 miles from the dealership. They quoted me a lower price then they tried to charge me later. I am NEVER bringing this car back here. They will NEVER see my money or my face at this dealership again. Plus the tech was rude when on the phone with me when I was asking questions.

Took my car into get it serviced. Didn't plan for it to be a two hour wait. We couldn't walk around the area because it was about to storm. So they offered me their shuttle service. They drove me and my daughter home and picked us up when my car was ready!  That's good customer service.
