This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was greeted by the Asst. GM (I hope I’m remembering his title correctly) Tim Berg almost immediately following my arrival. He was friendly and personable and quickly got me connected to our awesome Salesman Glenn Wilkerson. Despite me not being 100% certain what I wanted to buy and then wanting a vehicle that was out of my price range (you know the deal, champagne taste on a beer budget 😁) Glenn was SUPER patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He showed us vehicles that fit my hyper-specific needs, and then also did some research online to find me what I wanted within my price range. Never once did I feel pressured and I genuinely felt as if Glenn wanted us to have what was best for our family, whether we bought it from him that day or not. I really appreciate that and felt comfortable with him guiding us through this important purchase. Finally we were connected with Sherri Rohal who was incredibly kind and extremely well-versed in her field. She helped us lock in finance terms and an interest rate that got our payments right where we wanted them, which was important to me. There was also a gentleman who ran numbers to give us options for payments, but I didn’t catch his name. What I did catch was his unwavering patience when Glenn went back and forth between the two of us about 12 times because I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Shout out to that guy 🙂 Everyone we encountered was pleasant, professional, and took obvious pride in their role at Koons. Because of that, we are likely customers for life. Thank you all SO much!

I was here today not knowing what could or would happen but went anyway.   James and the team  was awesome helping me through this process.  I was able to pull off in a brand new Chevy traverse where I was only expecting to get something used.   The process was shorter than I had dealt with in the pass and I was very satisfied. Thank you. So much.

This place is great. Buddy really is great at his job. Not only did he get me in the ride that i wanted he was helping me out as well as another customer. I felt like i had his full attention the entire time. He was thorough and took care of any questions i had. It was a far drive out but worth it. Thanks Buddy.

This was my 1st time buying a new vehicle, and I can't imagine it going any smoother. The entire staff was amazing. Morgan was my sales specialist, and she was very attentive to my ideas and concerns while walking me through the entire process. Sheri in accounting did a fabulous job even when the computer systems were down, offering a much more personal note to that step. Morgan showed me the service area as well, and while Koons may be farther away than other dealers for me, I have a feeling I will only be visiting them for services to my vehicle.
