I went to this dealership looking to purchase my very first vehicle. The moment I stepped in one of the employees told me they had the perfect guy to help me and directed me to Joe. I am so glad they did! Joe was very nice and personable. He was interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He let me know my options without me ever feeling pressured. I recommended him to my sister who is in the market for a car herself. I would also recommend him to anyone else looking to buy!

Heather in the service shop was fabulous. I brought my car in for a sound that it had started making. Heather was honest in her assessment of my service options and in the end we purchased a new vehicle. Without Heather's assistance we would have paid way too much money to repair a car that was destined for the graveyard.

Mike A. helped us purchase our new vehicle. He was awesome and had our best interest at heart. He put us in a car that we needed and could afford. The car looked good as new. We will purchase our future cars from Heritage.

Bought my first car with Heritage Honda of Parkville this past weekend and it was a great experience! I appreciate the quick response from Mark Strine, Hal Neat and Bill Starr, and all the time that Rob Jones and Dustin Goodman spent with me explaining everything about the Civic. They were attentive, friendly, and never made me feel pressured to buy. They also have checked in with me to make sure things are going well. I would suggest any one in the market or looking around to see what they have to offer as they are willing to help you in any way they can.

Wow!  If you want the best information on the vehicle you want, go see Don at the Honda Parkville Store!  He will work with you so you can decide at the best price on various models you are buying.   A test drive  is helpful and Don is a pro on explaining the features of the vehicle and how they work and how to program then.   He has a delightful way of presenting the vehicle without being overbearing.   So is you want the best experience as you but,   go see Don at Honda Parkville!

This is the second time that I have dealt with Jeff Beck as a sales person, and he didn't disappoint! He was very respectful, and answered any and all of my questions. Having him as a sales person makes everything soo easy. Everyone at Heritage was very respectful and helped in any way they could. I most definitely will be coming back for my next purchase! I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here!!!
