Bill was very helpful and took the time to suggest items in inventory that might be helpful. This purchase was a year ago and they are defiantly on the radar for another purchase. Process was smooth. And suggestions were made that ultimately save me some money in comparison with another deal elsewhere I was considering.

Ivan is a helpful old man until he takes advantage of you if u fall behind.....  They send out repo letters with no amount due.... Says to just contact the office.....  When they add the late fees if u fall behind u never know the amount which makes your account look like its constantly late......  Doesnt ever send oit a courtesy letter stating the amount that is owed and FULLY takes advantage of peoples pockets.

I appreciate you cutting me off and hanging up on me IVAN, you said you would save me the speech and time...Not sure what you were saving me on. Just was looking to confirm the address for this refund check...but I'll save you the time and tear it up!
