100% satisfied with my experience yesterday at Ideal! I have been having problems with my Sonata since I bought it almost 4 years ago from a different dealership. I took it to another dealership hoping to have some luck there only to find they were more concerned with taking my money instead of building a lasting customer relationship. Ideal greeted me with outstanding customer service! Justin checked me in and with Angel (very highly rated mechanic), asked me what was going on with my car and then walked me through the process of finding the solution to the problem. I was notified prior to checking out the additional issues with my car that would need to be addressed soon. I am looking forward to my future visits and have FINALLY found my lifelong dealership!! Thank you all for the awesome experience!!

Mr. Johnson moved us from being merely casual questioners regarding a recently retired customer transport vehicle to enthusiastic buyers. When he told us of the price of our inquiry, we lost interest. However, he showed us a vehicle that we could not refuse. Our purpose was to retrieve one of our vehicles from service. We left as owners of a rare gem. Thanks for his professionalism and concern. There was no high pressure salesmanship only a great educational experience that could not be rejected. We rarely purchase anything on impulse. Our next planned purchase was to be on 2019.

Justin in service is beyond amazing. He goes the extra mile for everything I need. Even as far as getting prices for my sons tires on his jeep. Always getting me in and out. I moved back from Rhode Island over a year ago and by my 3rd visit he was my go to advisor for everything. He makes sure I know what needs to be done and knows that with my work schedule I make my appointments when I can. He never pressures me and knows I’ll come in the second I get. First class service and I feel in great hands when dealing with him. Never tries to push me into something I don’t need. Makes my visit personal and gets to know me and my job and takes time in getting to know his customers. He deserves high praise for his work ethic. He even personalizes with his own family so you feel like family. Great asset to the hyundai service family. Thank you Tanya Skinner

Justin has coordinated service for my vehicle for the last couple years.  Plain and simple, he is just a great dude to deal with. He is honest and trustworthy. Absolute pleasure.  If course, I would prefer to stop seeing him for non preventative measures, but even then I know I am not being given an honest assessment.
