Bought A car from them and was asked by Salesperson did i want a warranty and explained it to me for 15 mins then when paperwork was written they did not include my extended warranty. They sold me a Lincoln which has a bent strut that now has cracked and i called their service department a week after when i first noticed this weird smell and way car drove was changing. Their service said just bring it in whenever. Also they stated now for me to get the warranty i now have to pay out of pocket to fix everything wrong with the car and then maybe they will add it. I didn’t even pick the car I bought it was approved  and everything before i was even shown the car. I just feel like they kept me there for over 6 hours just to rip me off and now say well you have to fix car before we give you the warranty we said we signed you up for. Just disappointed.

Purchased a Lincoln MKC from Lorenzo yesterday! I contacted him on Wednesday evening and when I arrived at the dealership the next day, he had everything ready for me to make the purchase!! From beginning to end, Lorenzo and his business manager Timothy made the car buying process effortless. Everything they said they would do they did! Lorenzo and Timothy went above and beyond to make my experience a very positive one and put me in my dream car!! I highly recommend Ourisman Frederick and the outstanding staff who know how to satisfy customers!! Thank you again Lorenzo and Timothy

Initial contacts w/ Sales Rep Dash & Mgr. Matt were good. Had a problem setting up a test drive, but General Mgr. Greg Thornton (along w/ Dash & Matt) were willing to "make things right"!

Dash BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO MY DOOR for the test drive! GREAT CONCIERGE SERVICE!  Kudos to all at Ourisman for their professionalism, courtesy and respect!

Purchased a Lincoln MKX and Lucas was our salesman.  He was so very friendly and knowledgable about this vehicle.  Lucas was very efficient and took care of our every wish in a vehicle.  He is one of the most outstanding salesman we have ever had.  I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle at Oarsman Lincoln of Frederick.  We simple love our MKX very much....do visit Lucas if purchasing a vehicle.
