With almost 2,000 miles of shoreline, endless sunshine, warm water, perfect weather and some of the most spectacular scenery in the west, Lake Powell is the ultimate playground. Rent a houseboat (no experience necessary!) or enjoy our Resorts and hotel and hop aboard a guided expedition. Explore canyons, test your skills at wakeboarding and spend the evening snuggled by the campfire under a canopy of gleaming stars for your recreation. Spread out, get comfortable and get close.

If you want to be near Lake Powell instead of Page, the city, this is the place. So scenic and near the boat tours (which we took). The manager was good enough to find us a long enough site for our 40' and a trailer which had a great view. Side by side parking with the other one going in the opposite direction on the driver's side then some grass and distance from the passenger side site so we got to know the close neighbors. We also had a lot of desert next to us for good dog walking. Nice walking and biking trails as well. Office and shop were extensive and service at the counters was prompt and efficient. Bathroom could have been a tad cleaner. WiFi was good. Book early, they fill up.

We booked our room through the resort website. They advertised a lake view room but when we got there was told they were sold out... we were not compensated for the price difference. For a resort, our room was a bit out dated. The bed was super hard as well as the pillows. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We asked to change rooms but, was unable too. We had been hiking throughout Arizona for a week prior and when we got to the resort were hoping for a good nights rest. So to have such awful bed was a nightmare. They have a lot of amenities, but since we were doing site seeing elsewhere we were unable to check them out.

Awesome location. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was an extreme turn off. It literally took us more than an hour to check in. There was a long line and only one woman at the registration desk. It was clear that she was doing the best she could, but she could have certainly used more help. She was so flustered, we had requested a roll away bed, however, that was not in the room. When checking in, I asked if I could upgrade (paying more) the room to a suite, she told me that they did not have any suites and all the rooms were the same - 2 beds. However, when I checked in online, there were junior suites. Again, the woman at the registration desk was extremely pleasant and trying to do her best, and because of that, the people in the line were all very patient with her. As such, I think it is up to the hotel management to evaluate this situation and do something about it. Just because you are the only hotel in the vicinity with that breath taking beauty, you cannot get complacent about the service you offer. Many people in line vowed to write a bad review, and I hope they do, because again the management needs to address this, and in a timely fashion.

This “resort” is the least accommodating hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the woman working the front desk played solitaire on her phone until she realized a party standing in front of her for longer than 10 seconds. She was polite and apologized; however, she failed to mention a reservation was needed for dinner in the restaurant. We show up to the restaurant as a party of two, and are told we are unable to be sat without a reservation. Understandable, but there were roughly 20 open tables which were visible to us. Would not be a real problem if the manager did not tell us there were no open tables two minutes prior. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it is a shame the manager was unwilling to accommodate us after we spent $60 on at the bar/grille in the early afternoon. They managed to give us a room with a great view of the parking lot, though the resort was empty and there were plenty of lake-view rooms available. I would love to see this place in operation during peak season because if it resembles any of the service, or lack thereof, we received it will be out of business in no time at all.

Beautiful scenery is really the highlight of this hotel. Any direction you look has breathtaking views. The room was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. I'll definitely be back.
