In April 2018, We were dissatisfied with our room and short stay. The curtains would not close to block the lights from coming in from the back parking lot.  It was like daylight in our room at midnight. The a/c was noisy.  Children were running and screaming in the hallway at 11pm.  For someone with back problems the bath tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of and slippery. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. Overall the experience was very much less than satisfactory.

Amazing place to visit. 25 min away from the Grand Canyon. Has a pool and a hot tub. Great room service and nice staff. In December not a lot of guest , so more room are available. There is a gift shop inside the place. Open year round. One of the best hotels to visit. 5 stars

Not sure why is this place is as pricey as it is. Make sure to read the reviews about the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was just “fine,” nothing terrible but nothing to praise either. Easy access to the park.

The Grand Hotel is truly grand! Highly recommend. Check-in was friendly and fast. The hotel is luxurious from the entrance to the the rooms, complete with large soaker tub, and over sized towels. We had dinner in their bar. The food, service and atmosphere  was top notch ( it is a bit pricey though). No complimentary breakfast is offered but breakfast buffet is for extra charge.

The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon was pretty good. The pool was nice and the rooms were okay. The whole experience wasn't that worth it at a price of $400. The only thing worth it, was that it was about 1mile from the Grand Canyon.
