I'm starting to lose count of how many cars I have traded with Dustin and Dylan at Landers Auto Sales! Just traded 2 weeks ago for a 2010 Tahoe and the service AGAIN was second to NONE! Don't let the undeserved 1* reviews fool you! I am a repeat customer and can tell you they will bend over backwards to make us, the buyers, feel great about the experience!

Our car was totaled and while in the process of searching for a new one we ended up here. Sadly it was not a good a experience. We felt like the salesperson wasted a lot of our time when they didn't really have what we were looking for in the price range that we wanted. They couldn't seem to find the car that we had come to see so they kept showing us others that were higher priced. I almost didn't go down to Steve Landers where we had a great experience because I thought that they were affiliated. Out of all the dealerships that we visited this one was only outdone for most annoying by one other dealership. Sorry I just can't recommend them.

Dylan was an awesome salesman. He made sure I got everything I wanted within the price I needed. Will definitely go back.

Well, it started off pretty good talking to them about a truck. On day 1 the salesman told me a price they would sell it to me for which was lower than the asking price and I countered with my offer. They said they would see what they could do for me and I never heard back. On the morning of day 2, I called the salesman to see what the status was on my offer. Which I always had to do the calling. He told me he has to talk to his boss and he would call me back but I never heard back. I called him again in the early afternoon and he said to give him till the end of that day and if the truck doesn't sell by then they would accept my offer. Well, at the end of the day I called back and the salesman told me they are going to sell it whole sale for the original asking price. Talk about pissing someone off. I should have known better then to deal with a low budget dealer. Do not deal with these people go somewhere else.
