I was in the market for a used vehicle and chose this dealership due to the car I wanted. I went on my birthday and spoke to Maria. I showed her what I wanted and the details of payments and before you knew it, I was driving my new Nissan Rogue! She made the transaction easy. Maria was friendly and awesome to work with. Had a bit of trouble with one salesman named Corey before my car was purchased. He assured me the car I was trying to buy would not come down in price. It did twice before I purchased it. He was rude on the phone when I called back to inquire on the price drop & said he would no longer help me. I called the manager & spoke with him. He assured me I did not have to deal with him again. The manager set me up with a very nice salesman named Ed. After that, my purchase went smoothly & I was very pleased with the service & would recommend my salesman to anyone looking to purchase from there. Only complaint after my purchase was the interior was a little dirty and it only came with one key. I had to purchase another key at another dealership.

Very friendly, and helped me get into car that I love. Maria was my sales rep and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Great deals, great people, and great cars! One happy customer!!

Edit: Took my truck to another dealer the next day and within two hours the mechanic had identified the problem, showed it to me, and replaced the part all for about the same price that Landers charged me to try to diagnose it and rotate my tires, taking three days to do it, and it still not being fixed. This is the first negative review I think I've ever written for a place. Had the "Death Wobble" in my 2012 Ram 3500 SRW Monday followed by the engine light coming on. Took the truck in to Landers Monday evening because the service rep James said they could get it in Tuesday and my usual mechanic in Hot Springs was out sick. In a hurry to get it fixed since I'm headed home 6 hours away after working in this area the last 8 months. It's now Thursday and I've had to call repeatedly to inquire about the diagnosis, and each time I've been told that the mechanic's working on it and they'll call me right back (but hours later no one calls). I was walking out the door today to just go get it and take it somewhere else and they called saying everything is fine and it just needed a tire rotation. Charged me almost $100 to inspect it and rotate the tires, plus $110 more to basically just reset the engine light. Within 45 minutes of leaving the dealership coming home, the truck had the "Death Wobble" twice on the interstate at 70 mph with semi trucks all around me. No steering and it'll basically rattle your teeth out like the front wheels are about to fall off. Fortunately I regained steering before getting rattled into another lane and hitting someone. Not safe!!! I had told them I really thought it was more than just the tires (which are fairly new and in good condition) but they insisted that a tire rotation would fix it. Even though I'm on the second set of these same tires over the last three years and this just now suddenly started occurring. I called James to let him know and he just said he'd tell his manager. From my experience this week it's very unlikely I will ever hear a thing back about it from them. If I'm back in this area I will never get service at Landers again!

We had our Jeep repaired here at the expense of a driver who ran into us. We were treated as though we were paying thousands of dollars cash. Keith in the body shop was great. He worked around our schedule for us to leave the Jeep with him. I left a voice message one day during the insurance claim process prior to dropping the Jeep off with him and he called me back within only a few hours as promised. We got automatically-generated text message updates while the Jeep was in the shop. They completed the repair a little bit quicker than I expected and the day before Thanksgiving. The whole entire team was great throughout the whole process. It was evident that they valued our business as a previous and future purchaser. The purchase experience was great there also.
