I purchased a 2005 Toyota 4runner from a salesman named Spencer. He told me this vehicle is a current trade in and the customer who traded what I was going to purchase was bringing the 3rd row seat in and I can pick it up or they can deliver it to me. This was before I paid cash for this vehicle. About 2 weeks later, still no response from said salesman after calling, texting. So today I texted again trying to find out about my title, other set of keys, and my 3rd row seating. Said salesman finally got in touch with me and said the customer who traded this for a new tahoe, so they made money very quickly. Now, what I am getting from this said salesman, Spencer E. stated that it was not in the deal that I have to pay for the 3rd row seating myself. I take people's word, it means alot, and to me this says alot about this dealership and it's salespeople. They did not offer to find one for me either, which I do find as bad business. So, consider this before being a customer of this business.

Dewayne Cox was such an amazing salesperson. He took time to listen to us and helped us get the car that my son wanted. What a true treasure Landers has in Mr. Cox. He is truly a genuine and compassionate human being.

The first time when I went to this place was for an oil change and my experience was very terrible ,because the person who changed it put the wrong parts in my car that caused that the oil drop, (all oil )I drive my car for two weeks thinking that everything is good. suddenly a loud sound started in my car, I have a good friend who studies mechanical and he reviewed my car he told me your car has not oil and I said is impossible two weeks ago Ianders Chevrolet made the oil change and he told me they didn’t made a good job and now you car has damaged for drive whitout oil. I went to the agency and they just put more oil in my car , the sound wasn’t removed and they didn’t responsible. 🤭 my car worked very well before this and now they broke it down. “A HORRIBLE PLACE FOR ME HONESTLY I DON’T RECOMMEND.”

Car was not clean when we picked it 24hrs after purchase. Trash and ashes between seats trash in the door.. then come to find we were charged $3000 for a service contract we never even discussed ...not happy at all

This was one of the most enjoyable times I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and did everything they could to make the process go smoothly! I will definitely go back when I am ready for another new truck!! No hassle, no pressure
