Still waiting on an engine splash shield that flew off on the interstate after they changed the ac compressor on my car (they did not put it back on correctly).  That was over a year and a half ago.  Whenever I called or went in to check on the part I kept getting the runaround until I finally gave up, which I'm sure was their plan to begin with.  It's not an expensive part and my 10 year old son can reattach it better than they did but it's the principle of the whole ordeal.  I'd rather let an angry one armed, blind folded gorilla with a sledge hammer work on my car than these jacklegs.

I also paid way too much for the repair but that's my fault for not shopping around.

I was having some trouble with the kind of head light I needed for my Acura truck. I'm a very hard to please and Im the type of person if I am not greeted once entering a store I will walk out. As soon as I walked into the store i was greeted by Mr. Sam. The young man was dressed really professional and spoke with confidence. I proceeded by telling him that I was not sure if it was my bulb or if it was my sensor. He explained both of them to me and also quoted me for them both. We walked outside so he could take a look at my car and asked if mechanics could take a look at it and they would be able to tell me which one it was. It was not 20 minutes Mr. Sam came back and told me it was the bulb and also told me that a full inspection was given on my car and that i needed rotors and new front brakes. Again me being hard to please I expressed to him that I would go somewhere else to get that done and with a smile he said yes ma'am. After putting my light in I paid for my service and was in and out in approx 45 minutes. Two days later I came back and got my rotors done because Mr. Hill gained my trust with his professionalism. I have found me a new tire and auto service.... THANKS AGAIN MR. SAM.

I was experiencing problems with my vehicle and it was very close to closing time.  Mr. Clemmie and his shop stayed to late to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of.  Even though it was after hours.  I must admit that this is very rare customer service especially in this era. The customer service they showed me is priceless.  Although there are other Mathis stores closer to my house, I prefer and will continue to come to this store for all of my car needs.  Thank You so much to Mr. Clemmie and this crew.  They are the best.

Terrible service I got scamed. They told me nothing was wrong with my car. I took it to the dealership and I need an alternator plus other thing. They allegedly did a diagnostic but they did not. They said nothing was wrong with my vehicle and still charged me for the test even though the mechanic said there was nothing wrong.
