Sales team excels at providing a relaxed no-pressure environment which makes the buying experience a pleasant experience. Doug and Brian are excellent at creating a great customer experience and always treat their clients like valued customer both before and after the sale. Service team is excellent. I bring my non-ford vehicle here for service as well because the service is excellent and the prices are competitive. I do not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Heights to friends and colleagues. Excellent experience. The salesman (Doug Herd) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some special needs and he directed us to a Ford Flex that was the best fit of SUVs that we looked at all around Ottawa. The sales negotiation was much less stressful than we have had in the past and despite a very competitive listed price we were able to negotiate it down some more. They also did not pressure much on the warranty and maintenance plan, but compared the plans' costs to possible maintenance costs. I will probably buy the maintenance plan soon and maybe the warranty before the initial 3 year comprehensive warranty runs out.

I am a new customer at this dealer. My previous dealer did a joy ride of 600 km with my cop cruiser. Jen and the other staff at the service counter are absolutely fantastic. The prices are reasonable and they tell you if a certain repair can be delayed. The service is 10 on 10. The process is very honest. The mechanic Josh was super frank and honest with me. Actually, it was the first time that I talked to a car mechanic from a big dealership. Never seen this. They removed all the glue from the decals on the exterior paint and did not charge me a penny. They have an excellent shuttle service. They have fixed all the issues with my 2 police interceptors. I am very satisfied and will definitely go back. I will not hesitate to refer them to friends in the police dept. and to other friends.

We recently enjoyed an incredibly smooth process to buying a new-to-us Ford Fusion (it was almost too easy). Working with Moe and Jeff was very pleasant and fun -- we've been recommending them to everyone we know! Truly, I don't recall having a better service experience when purchasing a vehicle. We love driving our new car -- thanks again, guys!

Great experience as always!! This was our 4th vehicle purchased at Lincoln Heights. We have been dealing with Brian Hoyt for all of our purchases. He always treats my family wonderfully. He explains every detail of the process as if it were our first time. He's thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The service department is fantastic as well. Fast and efficient and very friendly. We have enjoyed every experience we have had at Lincoln Heights and will continue to do business there for many years!
