I stop by this location once a week on the way home to grab a pizza for my kids. Every week it is the same ole thing. . . walk in and see a big sign that says "Hot & Ready". . . .proceed to the counter and ask "Do you have any cheese pizzas, ready?". "No, about 10 minutes" responds the clerk. "How about pepperoni" I follow up with. . . "Nah, about 10 minutes" responds the clerk. Doesn't matter if it is 2pm, 3pm, 4pm when I stop by they hardly ever have any pizzas ready. Take your "Hot & Ready" sign down, it is basically false advertising for this location.
Went to buy a pizza on DT. 10 min waiting nobody attend. There were only Two guys employees and wasn’t busy at all. Had to come inside to order. Ones i got home and opened one of the sauces and see the Buffalo Ranch first the color was brown. And looked for the expiration date was Thr 16th of January!?!?!? Who in the world does this to sell expired products? Who tells me that just the Sauce is expired and not the flour or rest of the condiments you guys use??? Unbelievable!!! I called to speak with the Manager and of course nobody answer the phone!
Great looking pizza from the hot-n-ready section. Store was clean man at the register was polite.
I love this location as their pizza is always fresh and not overwhelming with sauce. What does need a tad bit of work are the wings. I got a order that was a little under cooked. Came home and popped them in the air fryer. Service is great as well!Food: 4/5
Extremely adequate take-away pizza basic cheese in this case, VERY reasonably priced, and fast, efficient drive-thru option available though it feels a bit sketchy at first, since you drive behind the building and there wasn't a sign I saw for where to turn, so I almost passed it. Online order/pickup was smooth - no issues. Vegetarian options: Classic cheese pizza large was huge, tasty, fast, and cheap.
We placed an order online this evening and when we arrived at the time and had an email stating our order was ready, however it was not. Nobody working seemed to know what happened. Nobody would come out and speak to my husband. The counter employee kept going back and asking what was going on but the manager apparently yelled at him and didn’t know. So, he actually let my husband go back to where her office was so he could ask her himself and she wouldn’t even turn around when he asked her if she could tell him about our order. Finally, after sitting there for 15-20 past our estimated pick up time, and no response from the manager on duty..my husband asked the counter employee to cancel our order and refund his money. Other people had been waiting for their pizzas that were supposed to be done over an hour before. One person placed their order online 15 min after we did and somehow her pizza order was ready? Absolutely horrid customer service. Regardless of what is happening at your store…you should at the VERY LEAST speak to your customers and tell them what is going on or what can be done. Hiding in the back and have your employees say you “don’t know” is not acceptable anywhere at any time.
There is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We placed an order for delivery 9/9. The delivery driver canceled the order but we were still charged even for delivery. I waited for over an hour on the phone, finally just left a message as it promised I'd be called back. I thought it was just busy being Friday night. Waited an hour on the phone Saturday, then Sunday 9/11 reached out to their Facebook team who said they were probably having high call volumes and to let them know in a few days if I hadn't heard anything. 9/14 advised the Facebook team that I still had not been contacted. They took the information and said they'd pass it along. That was a week ago. We've used them for years, and now I see so many similar reviews to mine. They are losing customers and if they can't do delivery need to stop
It's a Little Caesars Pizza, nothing too shocking about that. They tend to have really great staff consistently. Excellent customer service at this location. Vegetarian options: The cheese pizza is cheap, quick and yummy!
Waited in my truck for 30 mins, after I was told it would be 8 minutes, only to come inside, and see that my order was sitting in the warming box. Wonder who they were waiting for?
Don’t go to this location. Ordered online, showed up when it was supposed to be ready, waited 40 more minutes, then was told they don’t know where it is and given a refund. To recap, I waited there for an hour, never got a pizza or explanation or apology. The lady in charge wouldn’t even speak to me. What a terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars.
