Will never go back!! Needed cabinet end panels for the unfinished cabinets they sell. Been there several times and they never have them. Today they had two. I sked a clerk if there were any more somewhere and was told no...they don't carry many on stock. This guy was very rude and when I asked to special order them he walked away without a word. Acted as if I was bothering him. Would never have bought the cabinets knowing this. Typical for Lowes. ..never a good experience there.

My recent experience at lowes in richmond indiana reinforces my opinion to my husband that we should have bought our paint at Menards in the first place. We spent over $40 A gallon for paint and didn't receive what I would call good customer service the first time around, but when I went back to have my paint shaken again to do touch up, BOB was very rude when he finally came over from another area and saw my paint cans (4), sitting there. He just yanked them over to the machine, looked disgusted and tapped the lids in tight and put them in the shaker and started it. At that point, I felt guilty for asking him to shake them and thought maybe he was having a bad day. We all do at times. Then he went to help another customer which was fine and then came back and opened the shaker, and apparently one of the cans had leaked. I felt like I had just caused the apocalypse. He didn't say a word, wiped out the machine, wiped off my cans, and threw them up on the counter without making eye contact and said "there you go." I felt terrible for taking them to him to be reshaken and causing such a mess. I didn't even bother to ask him for any paint sticks so I could finish my job. Why are so many Lowe's employees so pissed off about their job?

Staff is full of knowledge and the store is always clean. Best lowes I ever visted

Everything is easy to find and well marked. One of the few places that still give military discount.
