I came in just before closing and the sales lady, Starla, was not high-pressure at all. I described what I had seen online to her and she took me right to it, then stepped back and let me talk myself into buying it. They have to make the item in the color I want, and a week to delivery is pretty good.

Honestly wonder how this place is still open. Prices are expensive and the staff hovers constantly. Instead of the helpful feeling I get from other furniture galleries, the employees here give me a "beggar's vibe."

Update: I drove to the Alderwood Macy's just to get a sectional. They're significantly more helpful and friendly!

Great service, but also leave you alone to browse. Bought a queen bed at a good price. I do think delivery should be free in Whatcom County. Ask for Tally.
