Needed a new desktop PC, had some pretty detailed specifications. Cliff (or Griff?) was super fast and helpful, check to see what was in stock to meet my needs, on hold for less than 5 minutes while he checked. Great customer service.

Couldn't even mail me coarboard tubes that were out of stock. Employee didn't care to fix problem either .

Only giving more than one because there were two really nice workers, but this place is a mess. I ordered 192 photos to be printed (4 sets of 48) and got charged for 200. Not that it's a huge deal since it was only about $2.35 more, but it adds up the more you print. On top of that, the third and fourth sets were printed incorrectly because the worker did not look at the layout of how they would look prior to printing like the first representative did, so I had to wait for almost two hours to get them printed the right way. They did end up offering me the messed up pictures half off, but it was still super upsetting, especially when it was about 16 dollars per set. The only thing that made up for this was that the representative still let me use the coupon they had in store. I really appreciated that the reps were nice, but I am very frustrated with the mishap and the fact that I was originally overcharged for my photos. I probably will not be printing my photos here ever again. I would rather go out of my way to the FedEx downtown to do it myself.
