I've been a customer of theirs since 2000. Awesome people, they know me by name, they don't mind if I forget my mailbox key, and they're always very awesome to chat with. Great, personalized customer service.

Shannon took the time to give me a fair shipping quote and was also very patient to answer my many questions about the process and options of shipping a loveseat located in the Kansas City area down to Dallas. I felt he was very knowledgeable and professional! 

He picked up the loveseat from West Elm personally and packaged it perfectly for its journey down to Dallas. It arrived without any damage and on time. He also took the time to remove the legs and package them individually for shipping so they wouldn't get damaged. I can't thank him enough for this as I'm not sure any other shipper would have taken the time or care to do so. 

Everything arrived perfectly and Shannon also took the time to walk me though how to re assemble the legs! I highly recommend MailIT! for any shipping or mailing needs!
