Went to pick up a package that I missed because I was not home. The service rep did a fine enough job retrieving it but not before constantly berating, lecturing, and just generally talking down me about not bringing in the slip they left in my mail box. She continued this tirade through the entire transaction. Nowhere on this slip does it say how important it is to bring it in, or even to bring it in at all. Maybe it's common knowledge to some but I rarely pick up packages, I wasn't born knowing everything. Staff was extremely rude when I was nothing but polite and even unnecessarily apologetic.

So you have to make an appointment to apply for a passport, but they don't answer the phone. Ever. I've been calling for a week and a half, and i either get a perpetual busy signal, or it rings about 20 times then disconnects. What a joke.

there is no voicemail and phone just has a busy tone- terrible. Filed a complaint before and i'm about to file another one. It's like they leave the phone off the hook or something. I really don't understand....

Denise was throwing a tantrum fit because int was 12:14 after everything was mailed. Before closing time she mumbled to her coworker, thinking I couldn’t hear or didn’t have perception on them, a racial slur as a white male. 

As I called her out on it she believes I am in the wrong. Sorry you have to do your job.
