They lost a package that contained my daughter's birthday party decorations. They never answer the phone or couldn't offer an explanation on what happened to the package.

I have had MULTIPLE packages/mail "disappear" with no explanation. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A PACKAGE/MAIL, FILE A CASE NUMBER!! The supervisor will have to respond to you within 24 hours. It's usually little to no help, but the national USPS becomes notified and will investigate if there are to many from one location. If you have a trustworthy friend in a different postal zip code, I'd use their address when wanting anything of value delivered to your home.

Unfortunately, this has to be the worst post office I've ever been to. I have lived at an apartment complex in the area for over two years, and have had zero problems receiving packages from USPS, whose carriers typically leave the packages with the apartment complex by logging the packages in. Recently, the new carrier on the route refuses to do this, and therefore, I am forced to drive over 20 minutes round trip and stand in line to get my packages. I went in today, and asked for explanation of USPS policies and how those policies are prohibiting this new carrier from delivering packages appropriately. I was immediately met with sour, angry and short attitudes and was told the policies do prohibit carriers from logging packages. Mind you, FedEx and UPS log packages with no issue. I then asked if they were unable to log these, if the carriers could deliver the packages directly to doors of customers. Again, I was met with a rude no. Additionally, the logging of USPS packages at this apartment complex vary from carrier to carrier, and coincidentally, when asked about this policy, a clerk at a nearby post office told me logging packages are under carrier discretion. I then called the supervisor of this post office, and was immediately met with a rude attitude when I had a hard time hearing her and had to ask twice if it was the post office. I began telling her about this issue, and she immediately interrupted me and told me the USPS policy for this logging of packages was not under carrier discretion, and she is now enforcing this policy with her carriers. Mind you, this apartment has been established for 7+ years and had no issues. That's A LOT of carriers violating policy and putting their job at stake! She then tried to explain to me how doing this made the carriers liable for the packages, but I was handed a "rural delivery" slip at the other post office, and at the bottom it clearly stated that whenever USPS carriers leave packages anywhere - they are NO longer liable for those packages. This woman was extremely rude, unwilling to resolve the issue, short, loud and angry. She offered no solutions to the problem and did nothing but blame the apartment complex and facilitate an attitude of rudeness. This is NOT customer service. All of the employees associated with this post office were TERRIBLE customer service representatives and acted like this was an inconvenience for them. News flash: this is YOUR job. I'm paying shipping on packages, for them to be delivered to my door. NOT to drive 20 minutes, wait in line and then be greeted with rudeness and terrible customer service. This is the post office's job to accommodate it's paying customers and do whatever they can to get their packages delivered in an effective, reliable and appropriate manner. I submitted an email to USPS customer service and truly hope this issue gets resolved - clearly the employees and supervisor at this post office have made the decision NOT to even attempt to resolve this issue. I wish I could switch zip codes!

Not a good experience at all. Almost 8 weeks since we submitted request to change the key-lock on the mail box, with no active actions other than asking us why? and miss locating (loosing) our request form twice . .

This is the worst post office! I've lived in my new home for less than a month and I've already been to this post office once or twice a week. I wasn't receiving my mail or packages. On my tracking it would say that they attempted to deliver my packages but that it was undeliverable since the home was "abandoned". I was home on both occasions that this happened and no one even attempted to drive up our driveway to check! Now that I've complained about not receiving my mail to them twice I'm receiving other people's mail. They've lost two of my packages already and can't locate my third package even though the tracking says it's available for pick up. No one ever picks up the phone I've tried calling to no end. I've gone in and the lines are ridiculous and the people are incredibly unhelpful. Yesterday I went in and there was two people ahead of me complaining about lost mail and not receiving the correct mail. They need new carriers!!
