We had SUCH a great experience at this post office. We used them to apply for a passport for our daughter. We were literally in and out in 15 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the post office. The associates were joyful, friendly, highly competent and worked quickly. Every time I’ve called, the phone is answered after the first or second ring. This place should be a case study for how all post offices should be run. It’s the Chick-fil-A drive thru of post offices. Thank you for simplifying my life, Stilwell post office team!!!
Can't get through to anyone via phone. Call the number listed and it rings forever. Call the number for the specific office, and it's a busy line then hangs up. My husband and I did our passports here about a month ago. I was told my passport would arrive quicker than my husbands since I was renewing and he needed a complete new one. The lady was helpful and productive, but I should have my passport by now. It's a month later and I still haven't received it. I checked the tracking number, and it went to Philadelphia??? I live in Kansas.
I came here to update my kids’ passports. The employees were so helpful and efficient! I’ll be visiting this location for any future passport needs!!
Just walked in today for passports, Billypurple hair lady took care of our family. Best post office experience ever. All the ladies there were super friendly they made the process simple and easy. It’s a small location could be a crowd, but they will sure take care of you!

Love our local post office! Friendly + knowledgeable staff, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes at most. Really appreciate the people who keep this place running like a well-oiled machine.
If there was 10 stars, I'd put 10! Best post office/passport experience ever. The lady with the purple hair was able to get all 6 of my family members passports done within 35 mins! Both ladies working were so friendly and quick.
Mail comes bi-daily and Amazon drop offs take DAYS to go 2 miles. About to start refunding amazon orders dropped off here as stolen.
I was misled by the good reviews of this Stilwell post office for passport services. We took the kids out of school early to drive an hour bc of the website stating walk-in services to turn in our children’s paperwork which was completely filled out with documentation, arrived well before the 3:30 stated passport closing time and were rudely turned away. When asked why, when we were well within the stated time, I was told that she had been up since 5:30 and still had a lot of paperwork to file and wanted to not get off work late an hour from then. She proudly stated that she had already turned away several before us who had also arrived well within the stated end time. As we were exiting, her coworker loudly congratulated her by saying ‘way to go!’And they had a good laugh with another customer, who I assume to be from their small town bc she was being happily served. We will not be back.
Great passport experience. Worth the drive for sure.
