Absolutely loved this place.  Spent 3 weeks in the King cabin while working just outside of Medina.  We had a crew of 6, and there was enough room for all of us to tolerate each other for that length of time. 
The staff was very friendly and accommodating,  and the Friday night buffet was a bonus. I would love to visit again for a non business related trip.

We tent camped here, the grounds were very nice. It's primarily for rv's and cabins, but the tent area is off in its own secluded area, and it's pretty small. It's primitive, and only a few spots have fire pits. The staff told us over the phone AND while we were there that they could bring us a fire pit, but turns out they don't actually do that, which really dampened our trip. So don't expect a fire if your tent camping here. It dropped down to the low 40s and they still didn't bring us one. The facilities were well kept, the location was beautiful. They do have an outdoor hot tub too, and you have access to everything even if your tent camping. Overall I would recommend this place if your in a cabin or RV. It's a shame the tent area lacks fire pits, otherwise we would be back.

Beautiful place to get away and see the stars. Some good hiking trails. GREAT staff - friendly, helpful and the park is well maintained.

This was a great stop heading back to Pipe Creek from Kerrville.  I didn't stay at this campground, but you don't need to, to enjoy the view and rest from the road.  Ice cold beer, wine, snacks and scheduled meals (buffet style).  They have plenty of indoor seating, clean bathrooms and toiletries/souvenirs for purchase.  This stop is pet friendly, kids friendly and motorcycle friendly.  Its location is along the "Sweet 16" motorcycle run which leads to the "Three Twisted Sisters".  There is plenty of outdoor seating around resort foundation and outdoor stage.  They have pool tables, firepits, and shuffleboard.  Free WI-FI...which you can use because there is no cell signal.  If you plan to book reservations, they have RV hookups, cabins, bunkhouses and a large ranch house built from stone in 1948. It sleeps up to 10 in seperate suites. They do have a wimming pool and concierge.

Beautiful Hill Country,  RV park has hills  360 degrees .  Manager and all staff(office, kitchen staff, maintenance, & housekeeping) all very kind and helpful.  We will be back next winter..!
