I normally do not like to write a bad review on any place. However, I have terrible experiences with the place every times I go there. First, the store was disorganize. Second, when you asked the staff for help, they will keep telling you to go to difference departments in the store as if they don't know where things are. It feels like I was chasing a ghost. Third, they do sell damage good. I bought a kitchen sink there, which I have to returned it three times because the sink was damage, ALL three times. I finally had to get a refund. I noted that the store will put my damage sink back on the shelf to sell to others, WHICH MEANS THAT THEY KNOWINGLY SELL DAMAGE GOOD AND IS DISHONEST. The price at Menards might be a bit cheaper than other home store places. But, I find that the time and effort that I have to put in finding the not damage good, were not worth spending a bit more money at other places. Lastly, they have a very poor customer services as they were giving me a cold look and ignored my concerns. When I asked to speak to a manager, none of the managers or supervisors showed up to address any of my concerns. I would never go there again, nor that I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Your best bet is to not ask for help and just wander around until you figure it out yourself.  Not sure if they don't care or they are just clueless.

I love Menards! This one is no exception. Everything you need to get things done around the house or yard. Great sales as well.

Went to get gutter drip edge.  Whoever stocked the shelves didn't bother to take the material out of the bulk packages, which were about 10' tall and vertically on the shelf so it was a real safety hazzard.  All of the pieces that weren't in the bulk package were bent because of said bulk package.  I told the front desk and they were extremely rude, the guy was messing with some paperwork and wouldn't even look up at me to talk.  Why go here when Lowes is just across the street?
