I have been dealing with this location since they opened.  I have always gotten the service or answers I was looking for.  Because they are a small store you sometimes need to wait until it is your turn to waited on.  When waited on, they have always answered all questions and given good service

Walked in no one greated me and after 20 min i had to adk how long. Said 3 min but was 10! I had my kids and have never waited at the one on 86th st and was always greated!!  Not very personable employees

I love this location. I love how they made it more open and it makes it feel more welcoming. I like how quick and efficient they are at this location. I will be returning for future business for sure. I worked with Tanisha I believe and she was amazing and helpful. Please get this back to her so she knows how amazing she it. She said she had recently moved from Customer Care to the store and I'm happy that we are able to embrace her smile and positivity.

I ordered our phones.yesterday morning around 9 a.m., a woman who works for your customer service told us our phones won't be here until Tuesday. How the hell is that overnight shipping? That's 5 days shipping. I could've understood maybe Monday morning but TUESDAY?!
