The customer service here is really good . You can try each and every bed with no problems. They give you really good deals and sometimes have sales. The customer service will not have nasty attitudes in fact they have the best attitude and are super nice . I recommend coming to mattress firm for your mattresses!

Loved the service!  Keegan worked his tale off to accommodate my handicap, to assure us of which bed would be best.  He even took the legs off the floor model to make sure the bed that we were looking at was going to work with shorter legs.... no easy task!

Jessica helped us get our new bed yesterday. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try and sell us the most expensive bed. Service was great!  Highly recommend mattress firm

All around great Black Friday shopping experience. The manager Keegan was very helpful and informative... he made sure we got the best bed for our money! Excellent service all around!

Needed a high quality mattress very quickly. Jessica was a great help - she knew the stock, asked the right questions to narrow options down, and then followed up with delivery crew to make sure it arrived on time. Awesome customer service!
