Literally the slowest employees in a retail store I've ever run across. They don't pull online orders until you're at the counter. The appointment times don't mean anything. Extremely rude. Constantly lying. Waste half the time on small talk and upselling. Avoid at all costs.

Sprint and this store have to be watched. I would give a zero if possible. From the associates to the manager none of them are professional, or do what they say. I was looking at my bill and noticed nearly $150 of unauthorized charges on the account activation fee charge for phones that have no activation fee then a free tablet that was supposed to have activation fees waived wasn't waived. After almost getting everything resolved after working with Dion the manager who all of a sudden turned ugly and hung up the phone these people are very unprofessionalespecially Samantha and the tall brown skin gentleman I couldn't see his name tag was good for nothing the employee sat there and lied in front of the managers face and then the manager had the audacity to act like she was telling the truth. I see it this way if you got to give personal information credit card information your name and address you don't want dishonest people that will lie within a 32nd conversation directly to your face buyer beware consumer safety warning do not shop at the Sprint Store at Clay Terrace whatsoever Sprint they need a makeover or you need to close them down they will destroy your brand;these people are incompetent an rude.If you lie in my face, I will call you a liar!If the facts of your coworkers performance offend you tell them to do better don't be upset with me the customer. I have a standards and deserve kind, friendly, honest service;especially if I'm paying!

Maybe not as much this store as their policies. For the 18 years that I've been a sprint customer I have always paid my bill with cash in the store. Today they refused to take my cash payment unless I allowed them to scan my drivers license into their system apparently so sprint could make more money by selling my data under the guise that it's for my protection. WHAT!? How is scanning my id into their database in order to take my money protecting me? Is it to prevent some strange person from secretly paying my bill? Let them! Why is it that a printed receipt is not a good enough protection and validation of a payment made in cash? If I don't need an id to vote then why the hell do I need one to get a company to take my cash?

Chris was very professional and handled all our questions and needs very timely. We had the Best experience! Also the store is very clean and plays very nice music.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION people working in this store are the worst customer service people I have ever seen. The most rude manager I have over talked to.If you have to go into a Sprint store DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The manager threatened to throw my phone in the street if I left it there. Wow if I had time I would get a hold of his manager.
