Store didn't have the SC basketball shoe my son wanted for his birthday. Store promised 2-3 day shipment and ordered for home delivery at the store. After 16 days the product has not been shipped yet. I have called 5 times and they keep saying the store is in the process of shipping it. This day and age...16 days and still counting. Very bad customer service. If you don't have something in store, don't bother ordering

The store was clean and very spacious . Me and my girlfriend walked around and felt free. We didn't feel cluttered or stuck inside The sales guy was nice cool and timely Thanks finish line for the great price and service.

My mom bought me a pair of shoes here and I came in to exchange them the following morning for something with more grip.. I was told by three employees the night before that I would be able to do a full exchange or refund. When I howed up in the morning the manger RAY told me he wouldn't exchange them atall "because they were used" (never went on my feet)... so I called 4 other finish lines and all 4 said that a full refund or exchange would be acceptable.... so I went to finish line in Macy's and the full store in Carleton..... both said they'd do a full refund after examining my shoes, but I decided to exchange them for a shoe with better grip... in conclusion the manager in the clay terrace location is a gerk and has a terrible attitude.. apparently RAY dosnt know what customer service is lol... all 4 stores I called said he is known to be a a**hole.... again his name is Ray.. I recommend taking your business to any other finish line except this one.... untill they replace this manager known as RAY... I highly recommend going to the store in castleton. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Will never return to the clay terrace finish line.
