The emergency room is not the place I like spending my morning but I had to do it today.  I was having unbearable pain in my hip and had to do something to get some relief.  The ER wasn't busy so I was taken right back to a room.  All of the staff were very nice and helpful.  I went home feeling much better.

I had my baby there a couple months ago and the care there was amazing. They focused on always making sure my pain was under control, they cared about how I was feeling emotionally. The facility was under construction and they were very apologetic about the noise and offered to have me transfer, but it wasn't bad at all.  The nurses were very caring and compassionate and made me feel comfortable. One of the nurses held my hand as I had my spinal block put in for my C-section and kept assuring me I was doing good. It was a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience when delivering my baby. I just wish I have had him in the newly renovated delivery rooms. Staff and doctors were all nice and answered all our questions.

My husband recently had surgery at Mercy Health Saint Mary's. From the time we checked in through our entire stay, the staff and surgeons were exceptional! From the compassionate care we received to the knowledge and expertise they brought to the table, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We are so lucky to have such a quality hospital in our West Michigan community!
