I came into Porsche dealership, trying to buy an Jeep wrangler that they had advertise didn't buy that day but should have because they end up selling it days later. But Caleb Davis was great as far as handling the car buying process with me and even though he was not able to sell me that particular car, he did great on providing with the best car buying knowledge!! Awesome guy and also one of the best places to buy an car from, I will buy with them very soon thanks my man Caleb at Porsche in Arlington Va 👍

When I arrive to Porsche of Arlington I needed guidance on my Cayenne.  Michael Chauca provided me with his expertise on areas I was looking for and with that it was history.  His knowledge, experience and professional understanding of the choice I made in my life was a lot easier on choosing my Cayenne.   I would like to THANK Mike til this day which I still have his advice on making matters comfortable for my family and I with my new Cayenne.

Reggie Carr is a decades-long Porsche salesman who is knowledgeable, personable and laid back.   He's more interested in making a happy, long-term customer than a quick, pushy one-time sale.  That is in sync  with the general manager who is focused on the long-term growth of the dealership and building customer relationships.

Went in to purchase a used Panamera. I also traded in a vehicle at the time. Elie did a fantastic job.  He was very professional during our time together. Every other aspect of the transaction was incredibly poor. It took nearly 45 days for them to pay-off the balance of the trade. The assigned temporary registration expired after 30 days. After many calls and emails the refused to respond and send me an updated registration. As they said they would.  Still after 60 days I do not have my permanent tags. So I haven't been able to drive my new car for the past month. Both the sales and finance managers will not respond to calls or emails. For a luxury car dealership their costumer service and communication is extremely disappointing. I have purchased 4 cars over the past year and this has been  and continues to be the worst experience. Because of the poor leadership and management, I would not recommend this dealership. Perhaps they will respond to this post as they have not to my previous 5 calls and/or emails. I am hopeful others will see this post so they do not end up ina situation like mine.

Bought a used car. Had a pretty good experience. Would recommend to a friend. Ask for June Hee. He was helpful.
