Awesome visit! Good value with coupons for service and Wednesday ladies discount. Service advisor Simpy Behl kept me updated with status throughout the day. Bonus: I dropped of my van covered with  salt spray and was delighted to pick it up clean-- inside and out.

It's a dealership, you know. It will be expensive and they will always find something! 
It's a busy place for service and the service manager was upset with my wife for bringing in her vehicle without an appointment.

I recently bought a 2017 Prius from Mickey at Jack Taylor's, and I had a thoroughly pleasant experience. Prior to shopping at Jack Taylor's, I had been to 3 other dealerships and tried out 5 other cars. Mickey was by far the most respectful salesperson I interacted with. He never tried to pressure me into more expensive options, and he was patient with me as I went back and forth to the dealership trying different cars. 

When it came time to negotiate, the process was transparent and fair. Quite frankly, the first price they offered me was completely fair, but they were still willing to lower the price (I ended up getting the car for less than the Kelley Blue Book suggested price and less than the average sales price based on multiple websites, such as Edmunds). I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a new car to give Jack Taylor's a shot.

Another awesome experience at Jack Taylor Toyota!  Simpy was our service advisor and she stayed in contact with me through the day to let me know how the brake work was going on my truck. The truck was finished before originally promised and as always, everyone I️ came in contact with throughout the process was professional and reliable. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

If you want an honest dealer with really professional and well trained people. This is your place. Ask for Mr. Manriquez and his orange team lead by Mr. Armando head technician. They are the best.
