Came in through the ER and stayed for two weeks to have two orthopedic surgeries. The level of care is excellent. Each of the doctors I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen and explain, and then in several cases went above and beyond my expectations. The nursing care was equally excellent, I always was respected, my questions and concerns answered, and I was treated very well. The unsung heroes are the Patient Care Assistants that really take care of you (Veronica and Marta, I'm thinking of you). A top notch hospital. Highly recommended. I feel so lucky to have gone to this ER and ended up in these capable hands.

Worst Hospital ever. With a low white count , I was placed in a semi-private room with a patient who had a terrible cough. My medication that I brought in was lost. I had to file a report with security. Most of the nurses during my stay took more than ten minutes just to answer my light, yet I could see them sitting outside my room. They do not give the quality care that they proclaim to. Posting for Melinda Ayers

Rude, incompetent customer service on phone. Gave me attitude/raised her voice at me because she was incapable of answering a simple question

Every time I go to the ER, I have had a wonderful experience due to the fantastic bedside manner of all staff and doctors. The wait is not long at all and I have been treated with respect and compassion. I will go to this hospital for all my medical needs. Love it!
