I took my son 11 years old from the school as an emergency when he hit his head on the table after fell on the ground in the classroom, any way we took him to emergency room at the children hospital Houston Texas woodlands the time was 10:45am, after 1 hour is a lady came and asked for $400.00 to pay on front before to start, then I told her I am in emergency room I should not pay any things before to get the treatment, but she told me because you don't have an insurance then we have to collect the money first, then I told her Mam " you first treat my son before to ask for any money, she said can you pay $200.00 then I told her are you neogataciating the payment? what kind of hospital you are asking in emergency room for money? then I told her I am leaving the emergency room, then she asked me I will talk to my manager to see what is the manager going to do!.
Then in that time I decided to leave the emergency room with no treatment for my 11 years old, just the human being has no value the money come first.
Then later on some one called me from ER when I was in my car driving to my house and I was disappointed for what happen to us with this hospital. They asked me to come back and we can't reject a child asking for treatment, when I told them but you did rejected the boy with no treatment first.

Wow. This rating was hard for me to gauge seeing as how I know for a fact this specific office WILL call CPS if you miss an appointment. So in that way, they are diligent in "caring" but also extremely over zealous in filing unfounded neglect complaints with Child government offices. Not being a new mom, this was very surprising to me. DO be diligent with your appointments here so I guess it's good they take themselves very seriously in absolutely any case and level of care.
