Mr. Darnell was extremely helpful.  He went out of his way to help me sort out the issues that were stopping me from getting a car.  I am very satisfied and will definitely tell anyone else to buy or rent via enterprise. Ms. Teisha also made the paperwork process easy to understand.

Great friendly service.  Free upgrade to a bigger car.  They let us turn our car in at a different location for free, saving us taxi money.

I would have rated it more just based off the price but this place has poor customer service. I wanted to extend my rental I call the place a good 10 minutes before they closed to inform them of me being on the way, my call was sent to hold someone pickes up and hangs up on me. I call about three more times no answer, it takes for me to call from a total different number to receive an answer. As if that wasn't enough, when they that did answer this guy expected me to drive all the way to Metro Airport from the east side just to extend. But wait there's more how about the tags and registration was expired. I will never rental from this location ever again. 
P.s. also there was no windshield wiper fluid so just imagine driving in the dirty snow without visibility of the road very scary and dangerous if you ask me.

This place is a complete joke.
They blame us for the vehicle being damaged at least 2 times a month.

Its just a scam so they can collect your $$250 dollar security deposit
