Very small store. Employees are not techy enough. They take a lot of time sharing information about products. I hope Microsoft get a bigger place and hire some smart employees.

I'm not a fan of every Microsoft product, but this team is on top of everything and they will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. They're very friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, honest. 
I bought the Microsoft Band and had numerous issues with it, but every time I got there, things were taken care of without any complications, including replacing the $250 watch without any hassle.

My surface had screen problems and battery wouldn't hold much charge and i took it there while in warranty. The people there were very nice and they exchanged it for me. i was very happy. the wait was under 20 mins. Thank you for helping me,guys.

Careful people  my credit card was hacked by someone buying a online purchase. People be alert!!!!. Monitor your credit card !!!!
