They sell lots of off-brand items that aren't very good.  Several times I've asked the advice of someone on the sales floor, who will recommend a product that ends up not working.  It's a numbers game for the store; most people won't end up returning defective products.  Today I was told to feel lucky for even getting store credit for my return.  The manager says he stands by his staff's expertise, even though he acknowledged they recommend products they know little or nothing about.

Huge selection of electronics. The team there is very helpful, there's even a repair center for laptops and such in the store. There is a parking lot around the back and everything. You can't miss this store since its quite big.

I'm new to PC builds and your advice & expertise was greatly appreciated.  Picked up plenty of items on this trip and will be back again for more.  Definitely became my new place for electronics.  And, a lot of their prices are better than anything I saw online.

Great store. If they don't have it, nobody does. When they have a sale you can get some incredible deals. Regular prices are also very good!

Very knowledgeable staff. I managed to upgrade my laptop in under 3 hours AND it cost me less than what Best (overpriced) Buy was offering. Highly recommend here for your computer needs.
