When first arriving to Green Buick GMC, The staff was very welcoming. I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra pickup. After taking it home for the first time. I noticed an issue. I took it back and they fixed the issue. The next day the engine light came back on. I took back in and they fixed the new issue. They have been so kind and they truly guarantee customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my sales representative and the entire team.

When I visited Green’s inquiring on a new car, I went in with an idea of what I wanted with a specific price range.   Rico made sure I got what I wanted and then some!  His service was great and it was the easiest, painless experience I’ve ever had to deal with while buying a car.  Anytime anyone asked for suggestions, I always recommend Rico at Green’s.  I will definitely buy in the future from him.

Great customer service.  The best car buying experience that we have had.  From the service department to the sales associates on the floor everyone truly cared about making sure that we were happy.  Special shout out to our sales associate Stephanie, we highly recommend her!

Ken was a terrific sales person. He was very easy to work with, personable, knowledgeable, and professional.  He was great to work with.

The car we purchased is very nice. Clean, drives well, we’ll priced. 
         
 I was not as satisfied with the dealership itself. Two notable strikes: they sold me a car with the second key in 2 pieces held together with athletic tape, and apparently have a policy of not filling the gas tank when you buy a car from them. I’ve bought from Courtesy, Hiland, Smart, and even Lujacks, and have never experienced anything like that. It’s the little things like these that stand out in your mind when deciding where to go for the next car.

FOLLOW UP: I don't know if it was Ken pulling strings, or if management had not been aware of the situation (the car had not been on the lot for very long), but we were contacted the day after this review by Green and they replaced the broken key. Kudos to the company for a prompt and much appreciated resolution.
