my son WORSHIPS the place...staff quite possibly the most knowledgeable on the topic of games.etc that you could ask for..will guide you to a more budget friendly option if possible...and very patient..even when busy....if you work retail (i have)..plz take note

Don't get me wrong, I liked going here for my gaming needs. I've recently just went in to look at they're Razer mouses/mice and buy one but when they were about to get it down from behind the counter they stopped to ask me if I had 80 dollars before handing it to me to look at it. I Clearly said yes I do an the guy proceeded to bring it down an hand it to me. I didn't end up getting it because it was a destiny RAZER mouse and I don't even play destiny.
But what if I had said no I don't have 80 dollars? Would I be allowed to even look at it? Why even ask, I know the Razer products are a little high price in the first place. 
There is no need to ask a customer if they have money to begin with. I found it very annoying that I had to be asked infront if the whole store. Like what if someone didn't have 80 dollars to begin with? Why are you gonna put someone thru that embarrassment? I guess I'll stick to newegg from now on.
Also just to add, yes they have great people working there but I guess that one guy is just the bad egg in the store

Usually have great service I just feel like the store layout is a little wonky, nevertheless still a great g's store.

Fun place with a lot of games. The best part is if you purchase a used game you have 7 days to exchange it if you do not like it.
