I took in my Civic because my brakes were making grinding sounds. The guys were super knowledgeable and very friendly. As a female, I usually feel obligated to take a guy friend along with me so that I know I’m not being taken advantage of. They were honest and fair, and they even told me what I did NOT need to spend money on right now, which I very much appreciated. I definitely trust these guys with my car AND my time & money. Very pleased, thank you!!

Awesome! The guys that work here have always been helpful for me. Whether it’s a question I need answered or repair/service work, they always take great care of my car. With the extremely knowledgeable team members and very reasonable prices you really can’t go wrong here.

Went in and they price matched/beat a quote I got for 4 new tires and an alignment. They got me right in. I went next door to kill time at Goodwill while I waited. They called in less than an hour to tell me they were done. Wow! Timely, efficient, clean lobby and the manager Matt was down to earth and knowledgeable... He is an Army vet like myself so it was really enjoyable talking to him. Justin took great care of my car and was very thorough. They have a customer for life.

Great service and accommodation. I work early hours and needed to get in for a tire repair asap. The staff was friendly and efficient. The staff was honest in explaining what was going on and what repair would entail. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Great customer service, never had one problem at Monroe Muffler in Delaware like I have at other car service locations! They’ve always done the job Ive asked in a timely manner and their prices are reasonable! Always recommend them!
