Ben was able to make everything so easy for me! He sent out a rental to come to me and switch cars so I didn’t have to miss work. They even did a full diagnostic test to make sure the car wasnt going to be super problematic moving forward and was honest and fair about the car and pricing. When i got my car back it looked brand new! It was detailed and washed thoroughly and felt way better than when i had sent it in. Overall i would recommend Oxford automotive to any one with any car needs !!!

I know very little about cars...except that when mine needs work done...I only take it to Oxford!   They communicate in a clear manner and keep me posted during the day, so I'm not left wondering what's going on.     Ben is so kind and patient.     The last time they worked on my car,  it had more issues two days after they fixed it.  Oxford stood behind their work.  They redid the original repair, at no charge.  They apologized for the problem and didn't even charge me for the rental.  Mistakes will happen once in awhile.  The way Oxford handled it left me feeling even more confident that they are the right place for my car repairs.  I would recommend them to everyone.  Thanks guys!

I don’t often take my vehicle in for professional repair, but when I do I take it to Oxford.  Great service and a fair price, what more could you ask?  When the repairs have passed my scope of competency I turn to Oxford.

I highly recommend Oxford Automotive to anyone in the Columbus area.  They have been servicing my cars for the past couple years, and I never have any complaints.  The entire staff is more than willing to help out as best they can to get you back on the road.  You are always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello! Not only do I respect their honest communication & great customer service, but the rental car program cannot be beat.  Plus they always do a full inspection to let you know of any other issues under the hood.  

I was really blown away by how much their team is focused on customer service after my car broke down last week.  Long story short, the broken part could only be fixed by a dealership, which said they were booked up until August. Oxford was able to work their magic to make sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. They found out the part was still covered under warranty, which saved me a ton of money as well!  Then I was pleasantly surprised when I received the call that my car would be done, only a few days later!

Car problems are never convenient but unfortunately inevitable, so I am very grateful to have found such a reliable, honest, and caring mechanic shop that I can trust every time, for both routine and emergency repairs.  Many thanks to James, Ben and the rest of the staff for all of the hard work they do every day!
