We have been coming to this park for many years and we have always had good experiences. Last year we noticed negative changes. We just went for the weekend and were dissapointed again. The park is dirty, grass is overgrown, restrooms were dirty, the pool was empty. The employees kept coming by to check on us. It's just not what it used to be unfortunately.

Been coming to Mustang hollow for years. Back when it was KOA.  Never had a bad thing to say about the place. The manager needs to be replaced.  He has no people communicating skills. I work for the San Antonio River Authority and we have several parks that are ran professionally.  I reserved my room back in January.  I asked if atvs were allowed and told yes. Also will the pool be available and was told yes. The second day I was there he told me I couldn't have my atvs. Long story short I talked to the owners and we arranged that I could ride around when The manager had said before if you don't like it I'll give you a full refund and y'all can go home. Manager also gave me a helmet for my son and said if anybody asks you tell them you stay here year round i hate to have to ask tou to lie to people.The lady at the desk told us the pool would be ready by the weekend which was also a lie.  Very disappointed.  The owners made sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay.  We were given a complimentary bundle of firewood. Very kind! people. Almost felt as if I was not wanted there. May be the last time we visit the (KOA) Many memories there at least. The way a place communicates poorly and functions is always a direct reflection of management.

I want to thank Mustang Hollow camp grounds (KOA) for there heart felt compassion they gave to me and my son and his girlfriend and kids. Mr. and Mrs. Cook thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you both did for us. God bless you I will return to stay there. In a lot better state of mind. Hurricane Harvey might have taken my home away but he brought to me two precious friends. Thank you and also Miss Eva for loaning us sheets and blankets and pillows. Love you all. Great place!!! Everyone was so friendly.  Very clean showers and bathrooms.Hec I felt so at home.thanks

Love the camping area very  spaces, cabin are also very nice, the only thing is that the beds are very hard. My air mattress was a lot better. Love the swimming pool, but the only thing is at no light at night. The owed are great people. Very nice staff. The lake didn't go in.
