One word...AWESOME! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved to go fishing with my significant other. Kids loved the pool, paddle boats and playground. It’s patrolled by the staff day and night. Space in between RVs is decent. Phone service isn’t the best, but it’s doable. Definitely recommend and if we are ever around the same area, we’ll be back.

Let me start off by saying we travel for my husbands job and we stay in a lot of RV parks and this by far one of our favorites!  We stayed here for about 6 months. This park is about 20-30 min from Corpus and 20 minutes from Alice TX. If your are working in Corpus it is an easy drive with less traffic than going through Corpus. We loved a lot of things about this park and here are a few 1. Trailer spots are not on top of each other, lots of land not just a RV park, 2 mile hiking/walking trail, 3 ponds to fish, dog park, pool, two laundry rooms on each side of the park, they have a lot of events to get people together, extremely nice and helpful staff, quiet park,lots of wildlife especially deer, right down the road from Lake Corpus Christi, close to town (Mathis).  This park is really nice and yes they have rules but most are acceptable.  Cell Service isn't the best but it's doable! And they offer wifi and it really isn't bad. It's extremely fast , they have 3 different options of speed we used the middle package which was $19.99 a month.  Will Definitely be staying there again the next time we are down there!
