Horrible experience came in to purchase a new car, I did the paperwork and paid my down payment only for the bank not to approve the car loan because the car had a twisted frame which was not mentioned when were doing the paperwork in the office I returned the car and asked for my refund which they are now denying me, this company is trash and so are their employees please save your money and a headache and please do not come here awful dealership!!

Apparently, evolution Cars thinks it is fine to sell stolen cars and then, when caught, not give the unsuspecting customer their money back. What a scam! This fraudulent company needs to be investigated.  Luiz Diaz is a FRAUD. He threatened me and needs to be fired. May shame and misfortune forever be upon his bloodline. Also, his mom can't cook to save her life.

Make sure you check with the state to make sure the vehicle you're purchasing from them isn't stolen. This dealership will not step up and be responsible stay clear.

They sell stolen cars purposefully with no return of money once the police collect said stolen car. Bad business practices and clearly a scummy & scammy owner

I can’t believe they won’t fix a wrong or atleast give him another car in place. This place is still trying to get him to pay money for a stolen car and affecting credit that’s terrible don’t buy from here

Sold a man a stolen car. Won’t refund money. Not honest or good people.

Bunch of crooks.  Selling stolen cars to customers and then try to take them to court for the money they owe back to the customer

They sell stolen vehicles. Will take your money and say it’s your problem now.
