Bought my Mazda here and service it with these guys. Sales dept is okay. Service is always good, quick and of quality work. Pricing is right and they don't make the repair unnecessarily big. they have loaner(I think if they had ur car more than a day) and shuttle services. It is always a pleasant experience servicing my Mazda.

Great place. They were very straightforward about costs of repairing my starter system. Car got towed in totally unable to start even with battery being jumped. They comprehensively fixed a lot of electrical garbage that I was overdue for. I spilled some coffee on their counter by accident and even then they were totally chill; sorry again for that Josè 😉  !!  
     Definitely recommend these guys over other Mazda  dealerships. Roswell totally sucks compared to Jim Ellis.

Rafael in the service department goes above and beyond for his customers. The courtesy shuttle is a wonderful convenience while having service performed on your vehicle. Everyone you encounter from sales to service is outstanding. Highly recommend any of the Jim Ellis dealerships in Atlanta but the Mazda store really stands out!

I routinely visit this location for regular maintenance, but I will think twice before returning. I had a recall fixed (an issue with my dashboard) which ended up taking longer than anticipated because they broke my dashboard in the process and needed to reorder the part. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that the auxiliary port no longer worked which was because they didn't hook it back up correctly. Additionally, when I initially dropped it off, I asked if I should remove all of the items from the glove compartment. I was told that it wasn't necessary. However, when I got my car back, all of my CDs, legal documents, tools, etc. were strewn about my car. I feel extremely disrespected by their technicians.

The one positive: my service advisor apologized for all of the inconveniences.

Came in for repairs and was very impressed by service. Friendly, helpful staff (interacted with Raphael). Cleaned my car for free which I did not expect. Highly recommend!
