The car parking lot was so packed with cars, but in a tidy and presentable manner. Easily spotted from the main road. Dealership staff was kind and helpful!

The office was nice too, except that their free coffee was out so i only got a sip. The office and the lot of used cars was a walk away, making it inconvenient for certain age groups.

I had a terrible experience with New Century Honda. As soon as I park my car in their parking lot a sales consultant Efren approached me and after finding out in what car I have interest he offered me a good price for leasing, I told him that I will do a research and if nobody beads his price I'll come and get it. He took my phone number and started calling me everyday to make an appointment, so I can go and lease the car I wanted. Every time I was talking to him I was asking if he is going to give me a deal he promised, the answer was every time positive. Finally I went there to get the deal he promised. After waiting for 2 hours their manager switched with Efren and offered me a deal that was $50 more monthly payment than Efren promised me. And when I said you promised me a totally different price their manager in a very cynical manner told me that he did not promised me anything. Had a extremely bad experience dealing with them. They have highly unprofessional and rude manager. I leased my car from Keyes Honda for a great price.

Haybert did a good job as an advisor but the service was pretty slow even with an appointment. Took over 2 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It was reasonable priced. The customer's lounge is well stoked but a little hot since the air conditioning wasn't on.

Great, efficient service. Came in for an oil change and to pick up a part and enjoyed the experience. Rare for an auto dealership. Keep it up!

i visited this service center just this morning for my regular changed oil and B1 and to check why the TPMS is lighted on.  I am very very disappointed with their service. first they tried to charge me with more money by adding more services that are not necessary and after two hours of waiting, finally the service agent called me.  I specifically asked him the TPMS is fixed and he said it is and it is only need to reset.  in my  big disappointment when i took my car, the TPMS is still lighted on.  I asked the guy who is in the releasing area why it wasn't fixed,  he said i should just drive my car and if this will not disappear after i drove for few miles i should return and they will reset it - i asked him if this will not put me on danger, he said no so you can drive.  i was so disappointed and i just decided to go another service center.  i never felts so unsafe on driving my car until this experience.  I will never never come back on this serivice center, NEVER! And i will start  spreading this experience to others.  this service center is big a joke.
